Program Overview

Through the Navigate UK Program, I offer personalised and group coaching programs designed to support international students before and during their academic journey abroad. My services focus on helping them prepare for life outside their home country, detailing what to expect and how they can adjust themselves to the abrupt change in academic and personal circumstances without compromising their mental health and foundational character.

  • Tools for cultural adaptation and respect (open discussion with ex-students)

  • Embracing diversity and inclusion

Communication & Social Integration (Part 1)

  • Language and communication for a new environment

  • Building effective communication skills

  • Social integration and making friends

  • Navigating language barriers

  • Digital etiquette & Tone Management with Authority Figures

First Impressions Coaching: Guidance on presenting oneself confidently in academic, social, and professional settings (e.g., at orientation or networking events).

Emotional Resilience & Mental Health (Part 1)

  • Coping strategies for stress, homesickness, and loneliness
  • Maintaining mental wellness abroad
  • Accessing mental health resources available to Students
  • Peer support and self-care plans ( sessions allow attendees to build friendship)
  • Dealing with Homesickness and Isolation ( speaking up, community support, our support).

Peer-Led Experience Sharing Circles: Sessions with students already studying abroad to discuss real experiences, common challenges, and emotional adjustment.

  • Reflection and program Review: group discussions to help students process their
    journey, emotions, lessons learnt, growth and Feedback.
  • Personal Resilience Toolkit: Students develop a personalized self-care and coping
    strategy guide.
  • Support Continuum: Establish ongoing virtual support (if required), alumni networks,
    and resources available.
  • Coaching and Counselling Support – discussion on 1 on 1 ongoing support if required.
