Navigating UK” is a 6-week flexible program designed for students from developing countries in Africa and Asia who are preparing to study in international colleges and universities in the United Kingdom. Delivered in a hybrid format (both in-person and virtually via Zoom), the program offers workshops that equip students with essential tools for a smooth emotional, social, and academic transition.

Developing friendships and support networks
Assertiveness, boundaries, and confidence building
Interactive Cultural Orientation Workshops: Simulated cross-cultural situations to help students prepare for daily life and academic expectations abroad.
First Impressions Coaching: Guidance on presenting oneself confidently in academic, social, and professional settings (e.g., at orientation or networking events).
Peer-Led Experience Sharing Circles: Sessions with students already studying abroad to discuss real experiences, common challenges, and emotional adjustment.
Progress Review & Personal Check-Ins: One-on-one follow-ups with counsellors to assess mindset readiness, clarify goals, and address any lingering anxieties.
